2. Pricing and Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly upon arrival. All pricing will be confirmed before work commences.

3. Preparation and Access

Customers must provide safe access to the property and follow any preparation instructions provided prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in the service being rescheduled.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

While we use professional products and methods, we cannot guarantee that pests will never return. We are not liable for pre-existing damage caused by pests, including termites.
